Are you really looking through the FAQs for a ‘refund policy’? Really? If you are, most likely you aren’t happy with your product; give us a call.

Generally speaking, we do not offer refunds in most scenarios. However, we value every one of our WeedBay members and will always work with you to find a solution that we can both be happy with. Any refunds would be issued on a case-by-case basis to ensure customer satisfaction.

If you are unsatisfied with your product, please contact our sales team right away. We will need you to send your product back; so if you try it and you don't like it, don't consume any more of it. To reimburse you for the product, we need to get product back so we can review the returned product with it’s respective grower.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cover return shipping costs should you choose to send your product back to us. If your product is defective or incorrect, please take a photo of it and e-mail it to us and we will take it from there.

Please note that all refunds will take between 3-5 days to process.

Sorry to hear you live WAY UP NORTH! Unfortunately, we experience a much higher percentage of postal thefts when shipping to Northern Quebec and Nunavut. Because of this, we cannot offer any delivery guarantees if you live in these areas and you will be ordering at your own risk. This means you will not receive a replacement package or refund if your package is lost or stolen. We will ship it to you, but its on your dime of it doesn’t make it to you.

Did you ask granny if she got to it first? Grannies like to hit the bong too… Seriously though, if you do not get your package 2 days after the expected arrival date, please let us know and we will file a trace with Canada Post. If a trace is filed, Canada Post will conduct an investigation (which can take 5 business days to complete). If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you’ll get it a few days later. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable”, we will send you a 1x replacement package for up to $125, free of charge. We do not offer postage refunds if your order arrives late due to any postal issues.

Seriously? Yes, we get it, you may live someplace other than Canada and your local dispensary or ‘guy’ has bunk weed. Sorry Charlie but unless you live in Canada, BC’s finest cannabis products cannot be shipped to you. There are no exceptions to this.

There is a 5% tax added to each order in order to stay compliant with the good old Rev Boys. i.e. revenue canada.

No. But if consumer feedback really shows it is something that the people want, we’ll build it into our marketing plan. If you REALLY want to talk about ‘why we should have a points system’, please email us at info@WeedBay.ca and one of us will get back to you.

So you know, we initially thought, debated and discussed a ‘points system’, and finally threw the towel in on this idea. It requires tons of tracking, tons of reconciliation, tons of hassle. Besides, are you really going to track your points as well… so when it comes to receive $1 off your order, you and the WeedBay team can go back and forth on email to make sure we match points totals? Come on now. So no, no points system is in place. We’d rather spend more time talking with our growers to make sure you get access to premium cannabis at a competitive price.
