Sorry to hear you live WAY UP NORTH! Unfortunately, we experience a much higher percentage of postal thefts when shipping to Northern Quebec and Nunavut. Because of this, we cannot offer any delivery guarantees if you live in these areas and you will be ordering at your own risk. This means you will not receive a replacement package or refund if your package is lost or stolen. We will ship it to you, but its on your dime of it doesn’t make it to you.

We will email you your tracking number before it is been scanned in at the post office. Until it has been scanned in, your tracking number will not be trackable on the Canada Post website.

Please wait till the end of the day and your tracking number should appear correctly. If it does not, please email info@WeedBay.ca, or call us directly. We will be happy to look into it for you.

Well, that really does suck. Let’s figure out where its going and how to redirect it back to you. We don’t want to see you delayed in puffing on your high quality dank cannabis!

If you’re tracking your package on the Canada Post website and it looks like your order is headed to the wrong city, it’s most likely due to human error at Canada Post (because you would have verified your mailing address when placing your order on WeedBay.ca… right? Right?!

Human errors happen on occasion as the postal employee has to manually enter each postal code in the system and if they are off by a digit/letter, it can cause a routing error and subsequent delay the delivery by of 1-2 days.

Now, if you input your mailing address incorrectly on the WeedBay site from the start, then call us ASAP. Let’s get this sorted out. We’re here to help.

There are 2 likely scenarios:

a) the postal worker put it in the wrong mailbox, or

b) what often happens is that a postal worker will scan in all the packages saying they were “successfully delivered” then spend that day and/or the next day delivering it.

If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected delivery date, let us know and we will file a trace with the post office. Canada Post will file an investigation which can take 5 business days to complete. If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you’ll get it a few days later. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable”, we will send you a 1x replacement free of charge (UP TO $125).

A typical Canada Post investigation will include:
contacting the addressee to confirm delivery, or to better understand how they receive their mail and, as applicable, if they checked with the front desk, security or mail room at the receiving address to see if someone else accepted the item on their behalf; their Community Mail Box for the item or parcel compartment key; around their property to see if the item was left in a safe location or in a mailbox attached to their home.


In rare cases, a delivery scan is entered into our system before the item is delivered. If you become aware that the addressee has received the item before we contact you, simply reply to this e-mail indicating the item has been received.”

Once you've placed your order, the next step in the process will be to submit your payment. Your order will be kept On Hold till we receive your payment. If we do not receive your payment within 2 days, your order will be canceled and no product will be shipped to you.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location in Canada, and what method you select. We send all items via Canada Post Expedited 3-5 business days; this cost is included with all orders OVER $100. Under normal circumstances, this takes three to five business days. If you live in a poorly connected rural location, occasionally it may take a day or two longer.

All of our growers and producers use generic prepaid Xpress envelopes to package items. Your products are vacuum sealed and bubble wrapped for maximum discretion, protection, and to keep your order as fresh as possible. There is nothing written on the outside of the envelope that would advertise that you are receiving medical marijuana. No one will be able to tell that you’re receiving anything other than a regular package from the post office.

  •  Free Shipping - Canada Post Xpress 2-3 business days, included with all orders over $150.
  •  If your order is under $150, a fee of $15  will be added to your order for 1 item. orders with multiple items cost $22 to ship (Do the math, spend $150 and get the free shipping.)

 Your delivery is guaranteed (except for residents of Nunavut, Northern Quebec, or if you provide an inaccurate/incomplete address).
